I used to be a marketing guy working for technology companies. After 15 years of corporate life, I burnt out. Severely. I turned my focus on my health and made drastic changes in my life. Today I’m the happiest person I know.
Sauna played an important role in my transition from a stressed-out workaholic to a stay-at-home dad running online businesses. With this website, I hope to help others facing health challenges make the right decision.

Content Creation Process
I plan the content and edit the articles. I ensure that they are easy to understand and offer valuable information based on which the reader can make a sound decision. I try to get my hands on the items I mention in the articles but in real life that’s not always possible so I rely on extensive online feedback from real customers of the products.
I do use freelancers and accept guest posts from fellow sauna enthusiasts. I ensure that the information is as accurate as possible. The bigger the website grows, the less time I have to write my own content. Therefore, I rely on a ghostwriter and an editor to write and publish articles while I focus on improving other areas of Sauna Hacks.
